Once the customer places the order with us the order goes to AC Marley in our stock shop where he pulls the correct pattern per the customers request for the new custom rifle or custom rifle stock. This process takes hours to complete a perfect useable stock. The stock is then sanded with 120 gr and inspected. All cuts for the hardware are precicely done on milling machines and the hardware is installed as a precision instrument. The main shop then received the stock where it will have the barreled action bedded and the finishes are applied.

Our Master Stock & Pattern Maker Mr. AC Marley set up our duplicator with the pattern of the rifle stock the customer request. Then proceed to carve the stock. This is a critical operation for proper Rifle Smithing. The stock must be straight and true and AC is one or the best at getting the job done right!
